Introducing Kristy & Clare

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Head of Production, Kristy Foulcher, and new Strategic Planner, Clare Miles, to the team.

With 20 years’ experience of event production, Kristy brings a wealth of events knowledge — from event conceptualisation, curation and creative direction, to AV tech, styling and design. She will be ramping up our production capacity and leading the production team to produce even more powerful brand experiences.

Our General Manager Hayley shared some of her vision for Aesthetic, and what Kristy’s appointment means for the wider team; “This sparks the beginning of an exciting time at Aesthetic – we’ve grown our capabilities as an agency over the past ten years with a very strong focus on delivering flawless brand experiences for long-standing clients, and now want to build upon our history to help more brands connect with their audiences. Our commitment to our client partnerships is in our DNA, so Kristy will play a critical role in our future growth by increasing our production capacity while maintaining the highest of standards we’re known for.”

On the strategic side of the business, Clare Miles joins Aesthetic to further cement our reputation as an insight-led powerhouse. Clare’s background in social science and communications, and over 15 years’ experience in customer research and brand planning will help drive our commitment to human centric strategy – creating meaningful, memorable and more powerful interactions between brands and people.

Hayley expanded on this; “Clare’s appointment will further embed strategy into the business in response to a shift in the market where ‘Brand Experience’ has emerged as a strategic priority for brand leaders, who are increasingly required to demonstrate how in-person brand touch points can help businesses meet their long-term goals.”

As the market is shifting, agencies need to respond and reposition themselves. Hayley adds; “while brands have always considered how they can connect with their audiences through launches, activations and conferences, ‘Brand Experience’ interrogates the cumulative impact of each individual touch point. By bringing Kristy and Clare on board, we’re able to better serve our clients who want to transition from a traditional program of independently delivered events, to a holistic strategy designed to deliver long-term ROI.”
